• Control and efficiency of field work of maintenance personnel;
• Prevention and reduction of the out of service;
• External advice and direction of work for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance;
• Check the devices and calibration of instruments;
• Analysis of the performance of the plant with instrumental tests;
• Assessment of requirements of HSE: health, safety and environment;
• Identification of energy efficiency action plan;
• Evaluation of the security system and exposure to risks, as well as of interventions to reduce such risks;
• Monthly visits.

Financial and administrative services

• Management of relationships with agencies of reference (GSE, Enel, Terna, etc.), of Government and third parties.
• Management of administrative and fiscal aspects;
• Preparation of performance reports and financial reports;
• Support for the definition of new negotiations;
• Control of consistency of the business plan and definition of the measures to be carried out.
